We are a licensed design-build kitchen remodeling contractor based at 119 Paddock Ave SE, Grand Rapids, Michigan. We serve homeowners across Grand Rapids and Kent County — from Heritage Hill Victorian kitchens to Roosevelt Park bungalows to newer construction in Forest Hills and Cascade.
Every project is managed by our own crew — not handed off to subcontractors. Design, demolition, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, appliances and windows are all in-house. You coordinate with one point of contact from first call to final walkthrough.
We write fixed-price contracts. What you sign is what you pay — unless you change the scope. Surprises in construction are common. Surprise invoices are not acceptable.
We write a detailed fixed-price contract before work begins. The number you sign is the number you pay. No open-ended billing. No mid-project change orders for conditions we should have caught during pre-construction assessment.
Design, demolition, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, appliances and windows — all in-house. One crew, one schedule, one point of contact. No finger-pointing between separate trades.
Most Heritage Hill, Creston, West Grand and Roosevelt Park homes predate 1978. We are EPA RRP-certified and test before any painted surface is disturbed. Not optional — it is the law and our standard practice.
We pull every required permit from the City of Grand Rapids Building Safety Department. Unpermitted kitchen work creates title problems at resale and voids homeowner insurance coverage.
Language should never be a barrier between a homeowner and a clear understanding of their project scope, cost and timeline. Spanish-language consultations available across all Grand Rapids neighborhoods.
